Yes. Every new Seller Aim account includes a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. During your trial you have full access to all features included in whichever plan you select when signing up — Starter, Pro, Business, or Business Plus. You can start analyzing products, running restriction checks, and using the browser extension from your very first session, with no limitations imposed beyond the normal feature set of your chosen plan.
Seller Aim currently supports the following Amazon marketplaces:
  • 🇺🇸 United States (amazon.com)
  • 🇬🇧 United Kingdom (amazon.co.uk)
  • 🇨🇦 Canada (amazon.ca)
  • 🇩🇪 Germany (amazon.de)
  • 🇫🇷 France (amazon.fr)
  • 🇪🇸 Spain (amazon.es)
  • 🇮🇹 Italy (amazon.it)
You can switch between marketplaces with a single click from your account settings. All fee calculations, BSR data, and restriction checks will automatically reflect the selected marketplace.
Yes. Seller Aim’s team account system lets you create sub-accounts for virtual assistants and team members that give them access to the full suite of research tools — product analysis, the browser extension, restriction checks, profit calculations, and more — without ever needing your Amazon Seller Central credentials. Each team member logs into their own Seller Aim account using their own email and password. They can do everything they need to do to support your sourcing operation without you sharing sensitive Amazon account access. See the Team Accounts guide for setup instructions.
Seller Aim pulls Amazon fee data — including referral fees, FBA fulfillment fees, and storage fees — directly from Amazon’s published fee schedules, and this data is updated on a regular basis to reflect Amazon’s latest fee changes. This means the platform-side fee estimates are as accurate as Amazon’s own documentation allows.Your Cost of Goods (COG) is entered manually by you, so the accuracy of your profit calculations depends on how precisely you enter your sourcing costs, inbound shipping, and any other expenses you include. We recommend entering your true landed cost per unit (including shipping and prep) to get the most realistic profitability estimate.
A lookup is counted each time you analyze a product using the Seller Aim browser extension or web app. For example, opening the extension panel on an Amazon product page and loading the analysis counts as one lookup.A few things that do not count against your lookup allowance:
  • Viewing previously analyzed products in your saved history
  • Using the Bulk Restriction Checker — this tool uses a separate ASIN check allowance, not your product lookup pool
  • Navigating within the Seller Aim dashboard without triggering a new product analysis
Your lookup count resets at the start of each billing cycle. You can track your current usage at any time in Account Settings → Billing.
Yes. Your Seller Aim account syncs across all of your devices. You can log into the web app from any browser and your saved products, settings, and data will be available wherever you are.The browser extension can be installed on multiple browsers and computers, subject to your plan’s seat limits. Each seat can have the extension installed on more than one browser (for example, Chrome on your desktop and your laptop), as long as the user count within your account doesn’t exceed your seat limit.
Both — but with different levels of functionality depending on where you are.The Side Panel View works on any website. If you’re browsing a wholesale supplier catalog, a retail website, or any other online store, you can open the Seller Aim side panel to manually search for a product and run an analysis. The full product analysis features — automatic data population, live fee estimates, BSR charts, restriction status, and Buy Box data — activate automatically when you’re on an Amazon product page. This is where Seller Aim delivers the richest, most seamless experience.
When you cancel your subscription, your account remains active and fully accessible until the end of your current billing period. After the period ends, your account is deactivated but your data — including saved products, purchase orders, supplier records, and settings — is retained for 30 days.If you resubscribe within that 30-day window, everything will be exactly as you left it. After 30 days, account data is permanently deleted and cannot be recovered.
Seller Aim does not offer refunds on subscription charges. Because the platform is subscription-based and all plans include a 14-day free trial, we encourage all new users to take full advantage of the trial period to evaluate whether Seller Aim is the right fit before their first payment is processed. If you have a specific billing concern or believe a charge was made in error, please contact support@selleraim.com and the team will review your case.
